New area - Weighting Room

Just added a new area, The Weighting Room with areas for diets, exercises and fasting discussions. It will appear to those who have a minimum of 4 posts for now. Possibly change it to a specific group or something but will see how it goes.

Also added the competition area and firing range (for self inflicted critique, meanspo, ect.)
