Problem with accessing the forum through the main site

So lately, when I click the "Forum" option in Navigation on the main site, it just looks like this with no button or link to the forum. If I click the empty space where it would normally be, it still does nothing. It seems bugged somehow.
Relapsed again.

Bugged indeed. Only thing is I haven't touched that page since 2021. Really should have put a text link backup in there anyways just in case, so, I put one at the end of the note.
(really need to redo the whole thing so it looks correct on mobile. Whole site is the same as it was in like maybe 2008)
