Minor forum adjustment (area renamed)

After thinking about it (due to a member question), I decided to rename an area on here. Comedy Central is now renamed to Funfest Zone, to better reflect an area that is just for the fun stuff (like forum games). Comedy mainly reflected jokes, which was a thing 2 decades ago, but not so much anymore. So yeah, it is just too limited for what it could become and now the change is done.
